This opportunity resides with Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. Who we are

HII - Mission Technologies is currently seeking an Intelligence Lead for a new, single award task order contract to provide USARPAC and its operational partners with a broad range of intelligence, operations, planning data, training, and logistics solutions on an enterprise scale. As the Intelligence Lead, you will provide oversight for all intelligence operations work and will regularly confer with G2 leaders to maintain an overall understanding of intelligence requirements and the USARPAC intelligence environment. This role is based in our Ft. Shafter - Honolulu, HI location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary customer point of contact for intelligence activities.

  • Confer with G2 leaders to maintain an overall understanding of intelligence requirements and the USARPAC intelligence environment.

  • Collaborate with subordinate organizations within the USARPAC intelligence enterprise.

  • Manage all intelligence activities and ensure they are integrated with other tasks.

  • Work in partnership with the program manager, other task order leaders, and subcontractors.

  • Meet or exceed all customer-provided metrics and desired outcomes.

What you need to have:

  • 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 10 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience.

  • Active TS/SCI clearance.

Bonus points for:

  • A minimum of ten years’ experience leading all-source analysis, production programs, efforts, and ICD application.

  • Experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing the contractor’s proposed methodologies and approach for a project or program of similar scope.

  • Recent experience (within the last ten years) working at or above the ASCC or equivalent level.

  • Experience planning, organizing, and leading intelligence activities and preparing recommendations.
