Summary

Mission Technologies, a Division of HII, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Acquisition Analyst to oversee the acquisition management of an entire product line. This is a unique opportunity to apply your expertise and lead the acquisition process from start to finish, ensuring successful outcomes and driving the growth of the company.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate products and taskings across the acquisition process and life cycle phases

  • Prepare, configure, and staff Milestone documentation.

  • Assist with determining contracting strategy, prepare contracting documents, and coordinate activities with Army Contracting Command.

  • Participate in source selection boards and conduct technical evaluations.

  • Provide oversight of product IPTs, test events, test reviews, and product demonstrations.

  • Maintain and manage program budget and master schedule.

  • Identify cost, schedule, and performance tradeoffs.

  • Oversee preparation of Supply request packages to Defense Logistics Agency and manage transition of products from PM to DLA or Army Sustainment.

  • Develop and draft Acquisition Strategies, Acquisition Plans, and other acquisition documents.

  • Lead tasks supporting pre-award contracts, financial management, risk management, total ownership cost determination, and contract coordination.

  • Coordinate contracting actions with local procurement contracting officers.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 18 years of relevant experience with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in related field.

  • Expert knowledge in managing cost, schedule, and performance in a program office, as well as product life cycle management, project team management, and preparing acquisition and contracting documents.

  • Possess a deep understanding of J&A, source selection plans, PWS, IGCE, D&F, WAWF, and iRAPT, as well as cost analysis, project management, and database management using tools such as GFEBS.

  • Have a strong understanding of DODI 5000.02 and the Defense Acquisition System JCIDS.

  • Clearance: Must have an active SECRET security clearance.
