External Job Description:
This EXPERIENCED BLASTER will learn our process of surface preparation by operating blast equipment used to create a profile on a steel structure which will allow the coating treatment to adhere properly to the metal surfaces. The candidate will be trained in the use, care and safe operation of blast equipment furnished by the company. Candidates must be able to learn and perform safely, blast operations in tanks and voids as well as working heights such as staging.scaffolding and lifting equipment (JLG and scissors lift equipment).

Blaster - Experienced
MUST have 1 year or more of Blast Experience. Ability to lift 40 lbs. Ability to work at extreme heights and very confined spaces. Ability to kneel, squat, crawl, bend, stoop and climb on a daily basis. Ability to work in extreme temperature environments. Must be able to work assigned shift as production needs dictate.
