External Job Description:
Plans equipment downtime and resource allocation for facilities lifting and handling equipment consistent with goals of supporting production and scheduling needs of internal customers. Plans, directs and manages all phases of equipment and machinery maintenance and projects. Acts as a contact for equipment and machinery maintenance, project activities and contractor management. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to plans, budgets and schedules. Identifies problems and develops solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing project scope. Coordinates the work of employees assigned to the projects and maintenance work centers. Shall coordinate and oversee multiple contractors simultaneously while providing routine feedback to upper management.
Prior experience with the SAP Plant Maintenance Module and Microsoft Project are required.
