Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

This position supports the VCS Service and Support Project Management Team. The preferred candidate has an excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, Labor Resource Management (LRM), COGNOS, and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) application and tools specifically including Hyperion and SAP. Candidate should have excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills and should be a detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working as a team leader and individual contributor. Must be comfortable interacting with all levels of management. VCS experience is a plus.
