HII-Mission Technologies is currently seeking a Management Analyst to support our customer at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
HII-Mission Technologies provides mission-critical engineering and technical service to Information Technology, Federal Civilian, and National Security, Aerospace & Defense and International government and commercial customers at over 100 locations worldwide.
What You Will Do:
The Management Analyst is responsible for analyzing and evaluating the program's performance and identifying areas for improvement. In addition to preparing technical reports, a Management Analyst may also:
Conduct cost-benefit analyses to identify cost savings and cost avoidance opportunities.
Develop and implement performance metrics.
Conduct process improvement studies to identify areas for streamlining and efficiency.
Analyze program data to identify trends and patterns.
Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate program risks.
Provide recommendations to program management for improving program performance.
Develop and maintain program documentation, including policies, procedures, and work instructions.
What We're Looking For:
6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
Experience with DoD program/projects and specific experience preparing studies and technical reports.
