Job Description

HII Mission Technologies Division is seeking Electrical Engineers in support of a large Operations and Maintenance Contract within Mission Technologies.

Positions will be based at global Army training sites around the world. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Potential position location(s) may be at any of the following: Ft Lewis, WA, Ft Cavazos, TX, Schofield Barracks, HI, Orlando, FL, Ft Lewis, WA, Hohenfels, Germany.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for entry into and maintenance of a PPSS issues tracker to promptly address software trouble reports, ensuring operational capabilities by rectifying field defects and upholding IA standards.

  • Conducts regression testing of government-furnished software patches/updates across TADSS versions/variants, ensuring backward compatibility and adherence to technical specifications while preparing concise test reports.

  • Maintains TADSS and GFP in FMC condition to fulfill CMT and CPF requirements and administers government-furnished modifications/upgrade kits as per manufacturing instructions while documenting any discrepancies.

  • Contributes to the comprehensive library of government-provided technical publications and manuals. Reverse engineers parts/components providing engineering analysis and technical data.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field.

  • Client requirements: Minimum of 9 years experience with Bachelors; minimum of 7 years experience with a Masters; or minimum of 12 years experience with high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience with software trouble reports and conducting regression testing.

  • Knowledge of maintaining and administering government-furnished equipment.

  • Ability to contribute to technical publications and manuals.

  • Experience with reverse engineering and providing engineering analysis.

  • Ability to obtain NACI security clearance.
